The tiger is the national animal of India. It is a symbol of bravery, strength and courage. It is hunted for it‘s fur. Now the government of India has taken many initiatives to save the tiger. There are many tiger reserves in India such as the Bandipur national park in Karnataka, Corbett national park in Uttarakhand, Amangrah(buffer of Corbett TR) in Uttar Pradesh and the Kanha national park in Madhya Pradesh. The majority tiger population is in India. There are few different tigers in the world some of them are the White tiger, the Bengal tiger and the Siberian tigers. They are one of the 12 Chinese zodiac signs. Tigers are extremely good swimmers. Tigers are truly magnificent creature.
